Enjoy a vineyard-to-table multi-course meal. Your plates, consisting of locally-grown, harvested, and foraged foods, are carefully paired with a current or library vintage. Lunch and dinner menus include 4- and 5-course options, showcasing seasonal ingredients.

Interactive Culinary Dinner
Taking place in our Culinary Theatre, this interactive dining experience is a flavour- and technique-packed feast. The culinary team shares the expert knowledge, kitchen secrets, and dining trends they use to make great food.
Once you’ve seen how it’s made, you can enjoy the four-course dinner along with sommelier-paired wine. Customizable themes are optional.

Sip & Mingle Receptions
Augment your event with a reception for your guests. Passed canapés are tastefully paired with wine in one of our nine venues. The venues all feature an elegant ambiance for your guests to socialize within. Choose to enhance your reception with chef-attended stations throughout.

Virtual Tastings
Hosted by our sommelier, bring people together during a physically distanced time with a virtual tasting. Your guests will receive a Wine Box shipped by climate-controlled courier of winemaker selected wines. Tasting notes are included within as well as any cheese, chocolate, or corkscrews you choose to add.
